Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your stay at Piyum Villa. Booking a room means accepting them, so please read them through — and write to us if anything is unclear.

Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing and received any deposit due. The name on the booking must match the lead guest staying at the villa, and that guest must be at least 18 years old.

Payment
A deposit secures the dates; the balance falls due on arrival unless the booking confirmation says otherwise. Rates are quoted per night and include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are refunded in full. Inside 14 days the deposit is retained. Date changes are welcome subject to availability and any difference in the nightly rate.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Earlier arrivals and later departures can often be arranged — please ask in advance so we can hold the room.

Staying With Us
We ask that guests treat the villa and its neighbours with care: no smoking indoors, quiet hours after 10:00 PM, and no events or additional visitors without our agreement. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability
The villa is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for disruption caused by events outside our control. Guests use the pool, garden and grounds at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

Privacy
Details you share when booking or writing to us are used only to arrange and support your stay. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not helping us deliver your booking.
