Piyum Villa collects as little about you as a stay allows, and uses it only to host you. This page sets out exactly what that means.

What We Collect
When you enquire or book, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the dates you are interested in and anything you write in your message. We do not ask for more than a booking needs.

Why We Collect It
We use your details to answer your enquiry, hold and confirm your reservation, and prepare the villa for your arrival. If you have told us about an allergy or an access requirement, we use it only to look after you during your stay.

Who Sees It
Your details stay with the villa and the small team running it. We share them outside that only where a booking requires it — a payment provider, or a booking platform you reserved through — and never with anyone who is not helping deliver your stay.

We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become bookings are cleared once the conversation has clearly ended. Booking records are kept while they are needed for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted.

Cookies & Analytics
This site is a static website. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you. Should we add analytics later, it will be a privacy-respecting service that does not identify individual visitors, and this page will say so.

Your Choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on the request — there is no form to fill in and nothing to justify.

If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this page. The version you agreed to at the time of your booking is the one that governs that booking.
